How Does it Work?
Visit our booking page and then…
Tell us the site you're having trouble with including information about the Content Management System (CMS) being used, its version, and its add-ons, modules or plugins.
We'll provide you with an estimate.
Once approved, you provide us with access to where your site is hosted so that we can download copies of the files and database.
We'll recreate your site on our development servers where the upgrade work will be done.
We'll then create a 'staging' environment on your hosting server (not accessible to the general public) to deploy the upgraded site for previewing and testing.
And finally, when all the functionality has been verified, we'll deploy all the changes to your public site.
Ongoing maintenance
With your CMS upgraded, you should be able to go back to the business of updating your site. And hopefully, with a bit of guidance from us, you should be able to handle performing upgrades on your own in the future.
But if you still don't feel confident performing upgrades, or don't have the time, we're available to take care of those for you on a regular basis. We don't stop at just CMS upgrades though: if you have other regular tasks that you'd like someone to do, we can help there too.
